Workout Schedule for Feb 6- 12

Part of my goals is to not only eat healthy but to get in a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio per day. My work schedule varies, sometimes I work 8:30-3 then other days I work 3-10, so I thought writing up a schedule for my workouts and adding it into my fitness planner would be a good push. I purchased a fitness planner from Michaels. It's made my Me and My Big Ideas


It has space to daily track your food, exercise and water. I love it. So on to my schedule

Mon - Upper Fix emoticon

Tues - Lower fix, or kickboxing class - depending if we get another dump of snow emoticon

Wed - Ds 11th birthday so probably just 30 minutes of the treadmill emoticon

Thursday - Pilates Fix + 2 mile run/walk

Friday- Cardio Fix

Saturday - Dirty 30 + 2 mile run/walk

Sunday - Yoga emoticon

I love doing yoga on Sundays...a nice mild workout to end the week. I will come back on Sunday and review how I did. Hoping to lose 1.5 pounds this week. emoticon
