Meal Plan for Feb 12 - 17

I find that when I plan my meals, I not only stick to my eating plan and the pounds come off, but I don't end up going to the store every second day and spending more money than I need to . Also cuts down on wasted food.
Sunday - Sloppy Joes and salad (Kids and dh will have fries)
Monday - Chicken fajitas
Tuesday - Valentines day
Steak, baked potatoes and veggies
Wednesday - Cajun Style Shrimp -Recipe says with grits, but we don't eat grits here lol Going to sub in cauliflower mash
Thursday - Leftovers
Friday - Pasta with Broccoli and chicken sausage
Saturday - Pork roast with vegetables
Breakfast I'm going to try these egg cups
Lunches will be Salad with chicken breasts...I'm going to pre cook a few, and this soup ketogasm.com/shredded-ch
Not both at the same time....I will alternate between the two.
Hope this give some of you a few more ideas to add to your arsenal. I'm going to blog next week and let everyone know which were hits and which ones where a miss.
