It's Official!

Well, it's official! I am now started off on the Onion Camp with The Onion Factory ( www.onioncamp.com ). I went to orientation today, got weighed in, measured, and all that jazz. I'm to start the food plan this week, then classes start a week from today. I'm STOKED! I know this program works, because it worked for me before. She's also aware of my back injury and wants me to ease into it, so that I am. I'm planning on nothing but cardio at the gym and the weight/resistance training that I'm getting through PT this week.

So, my plan this week:

* Today: 30 minutes on elliptical + yoga
* Tomorrow: 30 minute walk with Boots + yoga
* Monday: 30 minutes on elliptical + 1 hour PT + yoga
* Tuesday: 30 minutes on elliptical + yoga
* Wednesday: 30 minutes on elliptical + 1 hour PT + yoga
* Thursday: 30 minutes on elliptical + yoga
* Friday: 30 minutes on elliptical + yoga
* Saturday: 30 minutes on elliptical + circuit training (light weight or no weight)
