Cheering you on for a great day and week ahead...
Has your body been re-charged, fueled and ready to go?
1. Did you know that it's suggested that we get 8 cups of water a day?
2. Have you included enough fruits and vegetables to meet your daily nutritional needs?
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention they both recommend at least 5 servings per day! And that's just the minimum!
There are many ways to get your fresh fruits and veggies consumed. There are juicing, smoothies, both fruit and veggie smoothies, yum yum!
3. What about your exercise routine, have you included strength training and cardio to your regime`?
SP recommends at least 3 days a week to meet your Cardio needs and they also recommend at least 2 or 3 days a week in Strength Training.
Having Said That....Are you pumped, re-charged and ready to go?
