At 80 years +, my goal is to stay on a anti-inflammatory diet to help several immune health problems ,one to loose weight gained because of the diseases. It is not easy to exercise. Just got my second pacemaker put in which should help when healed. Have motivation. Now to stick with plan. emoticon
