I am entering week 3 of the BEACHBODY ON DEMAND Turbo Fire workout program . It is a twelve week program. There is an advanced schedule that will take you to 20 weeks.
I have to say the first two weeks have been extremely tough. I ahve really had to push myself to push play.
TurboFire is a combination of kickboxing and cardio. I struggle with this as I have poor balance and fluidity. The trainer Chalene is encouraging and interactive!
The first week was the two 40 minute cardio workouts. It was tough but a very nice change for me. I have to say coming off of the T25 helped tremendously in helping me be prepared to start this program.
Week two added a little more to the mix. It added some ab work as well as a shortened high intensity workout. I like the shorter workouts but they are high intensity!
Into week three I am excited to see how well I do!
