Started going to the gym working out and eating healthy decided to cheat all weekend long because no matter what I do the scale has gone up and not down so what the point is working out if you want to lose weight when you can't lose the weight that keeps on saying you're gaining

    I feel your pain. Sometimes when working out your muscles hold on to water. You might just be having that happen. If you keep drinking lots of water and working out, it should start to come off. :) don't get discouraged.
