California had been in a drought for four years. We had conserve water and we could be fined for watering our lawns on the wrong day and had to pay a premium on our water bill if we hadn't cut 2012 consumption by 35%. Now suddenly it won't stop raining. Mudslides are throwing houses into the sea. Highways have huge potholes and there is flooding in multiple parts of California. Our atmosphere moderates climates and the atmosphere is thinning due to the expansion of the greenhouse effect.
