Gratitude 2/22/2017

Wednesday, February 22, 2017

California had been in a drought for four years. We had conserve water and we could be fined for watering our lawns on the wrong day and had to pay a premium on our water bill if we hadn't cut 2012 consumption by 35%. Now suddenly it won't stop raining. Mudslides are throwing houses into the sea. Highways have huge potholes and there is flooding in multiple parts of California. Our atmosphere moderates climates and the atmosphere is thinning due to the expansion of the greenhouse effect.

I am abundantly grateful for scientists who understand the way weather works. We are going to depend on them more and more. NASA is a partner of my company and they provided us this website so we can understand the facts climate.nasa.gov/

Our son and his family also live in California, and they have mixed feelings about all this rain. They know that California needs the rain and that the reservoirs need filling, but the intensity of this is creating problems. Btw, I checked on your website info, and something must be missing because it does not lead to that site, either by clicking it or by manually entering it.

I am also a CA resident and currently reside in and around flood areas. It's been a wet year! Grateful for the water but constantly pray for the safety of others. Peace.
