My reintroduction of non-gluten grains is done. Very interesting. I really didn't think I'd have a reaction to them. I don't remember reacting to them in the past. Or maybe I just didn't fully realize how the reaction felt. In any case....

Oatmeal for breakfast. Perfectly fine. This makes me happy as I am looking forward to mixing breakfast up a bit again. I added 1 ounce of crushed tortilla chips to my taco salad for lunch and immediately felt bloated. Then gassiness for hours afterwards. Supper was sautéed chicken over jasmine rice. Once again, can't do it. I felt bloated for hours.

Tomorrow: Dairy. emoticon

    This is so interesting to me. One ounce of corn product! And jasmine rice? Do you suppose that means all rices? Are there differences in how our bodies react to the slight differences in the grain 's make up? Interesting.

    Have you tried quinoa or millet? It helps me. I have severe allergies and sensitivities to gluten and grain. Good luck!
