My reintroduction of non-gluten grains is done. Very interesting. I really didn't think I'd have a reaction to them. I don't remember reacting to them in the past. Or maybe I just didn't fully realize how the reaction felt. In any case....
Oatmeal for breakfast. Perfectly fine. This makes me happy as I am looking forward to mixing breakfast up a bit again. I added 1 ounce of crushed tortilla chips to my taco salad for lunch and immediately felt bloated. Then gassiness for hours afterwards. Supper was sautéed chicken over jasmine rice. Once again, can't do it. I felt bloated for hours.
