Gratitude

I have been going through some things that are emotionally challenging things in my life for the last 3 years. Throughout all of this I have learned that gratitude really helps. I have learned to look at the subtle things that exist in my life. Even something as simple as having a computer, food in the fridge, blue skies, having the freedom to simply walk outside and get fresh air and so on....

Today is going to be a good day. I've been staying with my program for 5 weeks straight now. I am finally in the phase where I am comfortable with my food and fitness regimen. I'm in my comfort zone. I am so grateful for having the ability to do it. I am grateful for having the knowledge that is needed to succeed. I have been successful with weight loss and fitness many times in my life. The last time I lost 80 pounds with Weight Watchers. Unfortunately I have gained all that weight back. But this time I am approaching it differently. As for today I am confident that I will make healthy choices.
