I have said this so many times, "time for a change". The the next day...nothing changes....and the next day...still nothing. So here are my goals and how I will achieve them.
Eat healthier-portion control, track everyday, stay away from the pop and alcohol, plan all meals, pre-pack breakfast and lunches for work, go back to measuring everything
Exercise-start with at least 10 minutes a day, stay off the couch, find projects around the home to keep me busy, get outside as soon as it gets nice, go for walks, go to the park, hell start playing pokemon go again lol. Walk during my breaks at work
Motivation-make that motivation board i'm always talking about doing. Start tracking my exercises with stickers on a calendar. Reward myself (not with food) but something (i will make a list). Brag about what i'm doing to friends and family, then i will have to show them. Blog daily about my accomplishments.
More water, less sweets. Get 8 hrs of sleep every night. Less time in front of my phone and the TV. More time moving.
I really want to stick with these goals, so here it goes. Day 1
