Feel so happy with my exercises intensity tonight. I did an interval on elliptical machine, 3 rounds of 2-min level 3, 1.5-min level 4, 1-min level 5, 30s rest with level 2 with 5-min warm up before and 5-min cool down. Based on my Fitbit tracker, 40% from the whole period was my peak heart rate 💪.
Having a tracker to track my heart rate during a workout session does help me to get the intensity that I want ✌.
