2 Mar 2017 Jumps and Kicks equals to Raining Sweats!

Today, I did another jump rope 1500 and yay, my time has improved from 16:31 to 14:51 - nearly 2 minutes faster! After 1 minute rest, I moved to lower body exercises. I did those like dog peeing at fire hydrant and bridges and feeling I could do more, I added kicks - front, back and sides - and my limbs and joints became looser in a good way 😄 not the wrongly screwed way 😜. Man, I sweat even more compare to yesterday and I was surprised that the whole workout from warm up to jump rope 1500 to lower body and finally, cool down and stretches took me close to 60 minutes and my body didn't complain as it used to when I just returned to exercises 💪. Tomorrow will be a sweet success rest day, looking forward to soreness that usually will come after doing lower body exercises haha.
