Hello, strangers!

So, I fell off the bandwagon. Bad. I gained almost ten pounds and lost all the progress I had going for me, and why? Because of family problems, moving to a tiny island, constant traveling over the past few months, and stress.

BUT, at least I see what's happened. I am the biggest I have ever been (not fun to admit out loud) but it is actually a really good thing to have happened because it made me realize that I must change my lifestyle. And I can. And I WILL!

So, please send me any advice on how to stay fit while traveling or while exploring a new area. Usually, our schedule is so full everywhere we go that I find it hard to find aa moment to myself to fix my hair, but I must make changes to stay healthy. Has anyone ever had a similar problem?

I hope you are all well and happy and feeling good! Thank you for reading this.
xoxo

My suggestion is to carry your own snacks with you. Sometimes a balanced snack at a " hungry" moment saves the healthy lifestyle nutrition plan. I have tied individually portioned trail mixes--- if I don't "need" the extra calories from the chocolate in them, I don't eat them. I throw it away with the packages. These also don't get "crummy" as snack crackers, cookies can get in my bag. Also, a new diet Mantra for me is ::: Don't let myself get hungry.exampleโ—๏ธ In line, waiting to get seated at dinner,I am starved,I will snack on bagged snack in line , to hold me over until dinner is served. This way, I tend to order a meal within my diet plan and I don't eat the entire bread entry /or biscuitsโ—๏ธ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸผBy myself. I can usually ,cut out the 100 calories for the eaten snack from my meal ( skip pat of butter with bread course,DONE! ) Keep Sparking ๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ˜

Welcome back! When I traveled, I would look up whole foods or trader joes locations. That way I knew where to find what is good for me & won't derail my efforts. Also, some restaurants have menus online, you can get an idea and plan ahead. Good luck!
