So, I fell off the bandwagon. Bad. I gained almost ten pounds and lost all the progress I had going for me, and why? Because of family problems, moving to a tiny island, constant traveling over the past few months, and stress.
BUT, at least I see what's happened. I am the biggest I have ever been (not fun to admit out loud) but it is actually a really good thing to have happened because it made me realize that I must change my lifestyle. And I can. And I WILL!
So, please send me any advice on how to stay fit while traveling or while exploring a new area. Usually, our schedule is so full everywhere we go that I find it hard to find aa moment to myself to fix my hair, but I must make changes to stay healthy. Has anyone ever had a similar problem?
