Eating habits-stayed within my goals yesterday, used portion control, tracked food
Exercising-10 minutes yesterday, 20 minutes so far today (during work breaks)
Motivation-told someone my goals to help me be accountable, blogging about progress
Already got 8 glasses of water down, not quite 8 hrs of sleep but close
