Exercise-10 minutes on Wednesday, 20 on Thursday, why not go for 30 today right?
Eating-switched from white bread to wheat, and started drinking protein drinks and eating salads again.
Motivation-Wrote down non-scale victories, blogging about my weekend plans so i can brag about what i got done, on monday
Friday-treating myself and the kids to Menchies Froyo, maybe even go out to eat. But i will chose healthy options and practice portion control
Saturday-Des Moines Kids Fest, so we will be walking most the day. If i have time I will do some cleaning with the windows open (it's supposed to be in the 60's)
Sunday-might go to great grandpas bday party at the bowling alley, and the rest of the day will be cleaning, laundry and shopping
