One month ago I started tracking with so and I have learned so much from this app. Everyday I am more aware of my portions. For example I now make pancakes at the portion size... let's just say its only two pancake and 1/4 tbsp of syrup is small...lol this has been a great month. Month 2 is time to tweak my everything. Loving this app. Someone posted earlier that they like posting on here better than fb... I understand now.
