I was slowly moving towards my weight goal this week but on Saturdat afternoon, I had a birthday tea at an ex-colleague's house (it was his wife's celebration) and I was overwhelm with free food - my weakness haha - and it threw my weight higher than initial 😅. Plus, by end of the week, I was starting to feel lazy to do exercises. I do have a good news - I'm still tracking my meals and still met my daily and weekly goals 😄.
📌 Weight = 60.7 kg on 5th Mar morning (initial = 60.3 kg on 19 Feb morning)
📌 Waist = 32" on 5th Mar morning (initial = 29.5 kg on 19th Feb morning)
📌 Butt = 38" on 5th Mar morning (initial = 39.5 "on 19th Feb morning)
