I am still here

I am so sorry not to have been here but until the last 3-4 weeks things have not been good.
I am starting at a 'new' group on the 21st is though my GP as I felt I needed extra help in losing the extra weight, I am going to make a few promises
1 Go on Sparkpeople at least once a week
2 Keep up my exercise groups
3 Curb my comfort eating
4 Be positive and smile

I would like to lose 14-20 pounds at about 1-2 pounds a week.

    I'm the opposite with SP - am going to try to limit myself to sparking on Wednesdays only - and then only after I've planned my meals for the week. Wednesday is weigh in day at Slimming World (am on my first week) so I can weigh in when I spark each week.

    Have attacked the garden this week and am also working in 2 charity shops so didn't feel like exercising after all that. Did go for a walk yesterday though. Still haven't done my Callanetics dvd yet...

    I'd be happy with a regular pound off each week.

    Comfort eating is hard... a nice milky coffee is the best substitute I think...
