I am so sorry not to have been here but until the last 3-4 weeks things have not been good.
I am starting at a 'new' group on the 21st is though my GP as I felt I needed extra help in losing the extra weight, I am going to make a few promises
1 Go on Sparkpeople at least once a week
2 Keep up my exercise groups
3 Curb my comfort eating
4 Be positive and smile
I would like to lose 14-20 pounds at about 1-2 pounds a week.
