2 weeks in - :(

Well, I have been back to this for 2 weeks now and I can report I am 2.5 #s UP, NOT DOWN!!!! Yes, that is definitely sarcasm. However, I do feel better, am doing more time w/increased incline on the treadmill, sleeping better (SOMETIMES) and I guess moving a little better as well - more of a bounce to my step PERHAPS. At any rate, I am not quitting, although the Lord and I did have a few words this morning when I got off the scale. BUT, this is not HIS battle, it is mine. My body is HIS temple, but I have not been a good steward for a few years and now, I have to strive to do better.

I can do this!! emoticon

    It sounds like you are making good changes so no giving up allowed! Are you tracking all your food? If not, I would really recommend doing that at least as you get going again.

    Maybe you had an increase due to firmed and toned muscle ....(I know mine goes up too when
    I have really been going strong with ST ........Just a thought ..........stay encouraged ... see some
