What do i do

Had to go to er room last night got infection in hael of foot dr told me to stay off of it only get on it when have to so how do i get my walking done

    Well, unfortunately you need to stay off it until your doctor releases you to walk on again in order to prevent further problems. You might try some seated strength training, seated cardio or floor work - maybe give Pilates or yoga a shot. You might find a new exercise you love and cross training is always good. There are tons of videos on Spark TV that you could try. I hope your heel is better soon!
