Life cannot be my excuse

This week I let everything around me keep me from putting my wellbeing first. I did lose weight but I think it's because I didn't eat breakfast 3 days this week, something that is very unusual for me. I've got to get off this treadmill, and I don't mean the excercise kind. All I'm doing is trying to do is make it to the next due date, event, or crisis without crashing.

Tomorrow, I need to plan ahead.

    A little planning goes a long way. I vowed to track every bit of food and drink I consume as much as I can. I need to start thinking about what goes in. :)

    I agree with you. I find when my life is chaotic I feel like I'm just spinning my wheels. I am finding that planning ahead keeps me on track and my well being benefits by this. Wishing you the best to stay on track and keep your journey going being the best it can be. emoticon

    Sometimes that's just life, it's ok. Make a plan if it makes you happy. I know "relax" is the worst thing you can say to someone who is stressed out but often that's the key to dealing with obstacles more effectively. Good luck:)
