Just a Small Update

Yesterday I had a serious talk with my hubby about how I can do this, and losing weight is possible all from home.
When I brought up the fact that it would be so much easier to have him doing it with me. He paused slightly, but agreed he would try and change his eating habits and workout with me. I was super excited since he is a diabetic and should be taking better care of himself.
Well both of us started our journey. I love the first few weeks of a weight loss since weight seems to just fall off me! I'm back down to 209 and hoping the end of next week I will have another 2lbs off!
