It's Good to be Back on Track

For the first time in quite some time, I liked what I saw on the scale today. I've lost 2 pounds in my first week of food tracking and purposefully exercising more. I know there's often more dramatic weight loss at the beginning, and it will likely not be this dramatic later, but I'll take this now! It's sure motivation to keep going with this whole program! I'd really like a "Yay me!"
