The Scale says no,but I say yes !

Well I'm back again after a year or so, almost two weeks now and I'm tracking all meals and trying to get in more activity as the weather is getting nicer and there is plenty of work outdoors to get started on. However I have not seen the scale budge ! 🤔 Trying not to be discouraged I went for a 4 mile walk yesterday, I felt energized and accomplished, slept better than I had in days. Today still no movement on the scale so I decided to chart my weight anyway and took measurements as well. To my surprise I have lost 2 inches on my waist and 2 inches on the hips. I guess the several workouts I've done in the last 15 days have payed off ,maybe not in pounds but in inches
