Well still going strong, eating only when I'm hungry, and stopping when I'm full! The first week of weight loss always causes a huge weight loss fast, and then it starts to slow down.
So I know I have to start trying to work in workouts now, to keep the weight loss coming off.
I currently sit at 205.0lbs
I'm hoping tomorrow I'll be at 204, since by the end of the first week of April I really would like to be under 200lbs!
I think it would be a great start!
So anyone have any ideas of workouts to do with a 14 month old baby?
