I so happy to be part of the 5% challenge team

We're off on 4/8 to "visit" far off lands by getting in our fitness minutes. We get to embrace all sorts of wonderful healthy habits. The best part is the comradery of all the members of the teams who are "competing".
My goals for the challenge is to
Strength train twice a week
Get an hour of brisk walking every day
Track my meals every day
Measure what I know I can't eyeball
And to stay between 125 and 127 for the whole challenge
