Current plan of action

lost almost 3 pounds lasts week --- just a few more and I'll be back to my lowest for the year and maybe EVER in TOPS.

Something seems to have clicked -- kind of the sick and tired of being sick and tired of living and losing like I have for the past few years.

some of the things I'm doing:
emoticon planning meals
emoticon writing down what's eaten
emoticon emoticon having 2 pieces of fresh fruit and 2 fresh/raw veggies per day
emoticon emoticon additional fruits and veggies to about 6-8 for the day
emoticona serving of some nut or mixed nuts each day
emoticon a planned snack between breakfast and lunch seems to be the time I need it
emoticon emoticon staying active with my online TOPS and Sparkpeople friends
emoticon emoticon emoticon calls and texts and cards to local TOPS folks

emoticon emoticon just remember before that bite that it probably doesn't taste as good .........as reaching goal will feel emoticon emoticon

TIP: if you ever want spacing with Sparkpeople or between emoticons use emoticon post any emoticon and change the number to 70 before posting

p.s. --- fitness was mentioned -- at this time I do very little fitness (exercise) walking about 8,000 steps is about my limit. Hopefully with reduced weight I can do more. But with the heart failure I've just not built back up to do much more than walk into work and 1 flight of stairs with breaks in between even at home.
