Here is our checklist of things to do before we start and what great list it is

Living the Good Life (LTGL) Daily Check list: emoticon
Saturday: Campfire Introduction (introduce yourself on our boards) emoticon
Sunday: Weigh in post (set up your winter challenge weigh in post, no weight necessary yet) emoticon
Monday: Spark Page Set up and ready for team interactions emoticon
Tuesday: Exercise and Nutrition goals posted on your Spark page
Wednesday: Post at least two motivational quotes on your Spark page
Thursday: Plan your week, do your shopping
Friday: Spark! Send a goodie or encouraging message to a fellow teddy bear. Let's cheer each other on to victory!
