I don't necessarily agree with the theory of detox if you eat healthy. But I'm stuck on a plateau, so I'm doing my own detox.
Breakfast will be either
oats, flax, walnuts and almond milk plus a fruit OR
WW toast with smashed avocado and over easy egg plus fruit.
Lunches will be either a soup or salad. I found some recipes on Pinterest that look yummy and fit the category.
Dinner will be a protein either chicken, turkey or fish plus lots of veggies.
No snacks. If I have a mid afternoon snack it will be a smoothie. Lots of water.
