4 pounds and 8 inches off!

With only 5 lbs of fat gone off of me, I have lost 8" all over and seven pounds since March 15, 2017. I'm thrilled my daily walks from 30 to 50 minutes are paying off as well as the cardio and strength moves I do to sweat and firm up are paying off. My diet and heLth is improving, even if I haven't really budged the scale in a couple of weeks I have toned up and reduced the body aches and pains associated with menopause and stroke recovery.
I'm glad I took the time to measure myself all over before I began my Heathy Heart diet and workouts, Doctor prescribed! I'm pleased with my progress so far and will continue to exercise and eat right for me to be healthier, not necessarily thinner!
