New healthy thing

Yesterday I read in Spark that coffee shouldn't be the first thing you drink since it's a diuretic and when you wake up you really need to re-hydrate so yesterday I decided to start drinking 8 oz of water before my breakfast. As we all know water can fill you up and I a hard time finishing my usual breakfast. I really don't like a stuffed feeling but I know that a good breakfast s important so I managed.
Today I had to work from home so I had an almond butter and honey sandwich instead of my usual Kashi cereal and blueberries. I didn't feel as stuffed but it's 1:20. I've been out for a lunch time walk and I just don't feel like lunch yet so I'm not going to eat anything yet.
I hope this water thing doesn't mess up my whole nutrition. I guess we'll see.
