I am so frustrated - I have no clue what I am doing so wrong. I have been tracking my foods, tracking my exercise - honest, yes, some days I do go over in calories; I get my steps in each day - lately I have started aquafit twice a week - I keep myself busy.
But nothing is happening - I am gaining weight.. I cringe everytime I look at the scale.
Each week I try to make sure I get my veggies and fruit in - I do find that hard but .. I work on it; today, I hit a new high... its not a good day today :( I have never been this heavy in my life.
I have been to the doctor to see a nutritionist - I found her extremely unhelpful - I was to bring in 3 days of food logs - she didn't even look; she made suggestions without asking questions - so frustrating.
I am just not sure where to turn next.
