Started keto/low carb..

Well I started keto/low carb on saturday, I was a little liberal on Sunday for easter. But after weeks and weeks of working out for at least 6-8 hours a week and eating right, I was seeing little to no results. Just these 4-5 days of low carb and I have dropped 3 lbs! It may just be water weight but hell those are the best results I have seen yet. I was so tired of seeing the same thing week after week on my scale.. even after mixing it up, starting a running program. I was seriously crushed. This is giving me hope.
