IN A RUT

I feel like I am in a rut with my weight loss goals. It seems no matter how much I watch my eating or how much I walk and exercise, I am in a weight loss rut. I am thinking of changing my furniture around this week as my new windows and door came in today. I am hoping the people who are doing the installation calls me today to schedule when they will put them in and I will change my furniture around as I am tired of looking at the same pictures day after day and I think I need a change. I also need to get back to swimming as I enjoy it so much and maybe it will help me get out of the rut that I feel like I am into right now. Does anyone else ever feel like they are in a rut? I had my hip replaced in January and I feel like I need to get it stronger as all of the exercise I am currently doing on here is making me stronger, but I am getting impatient that it is not getting stronger as quickly as I would like, so I feel my exercise and my diet are both in a rut. I eat too many of the same things daily, so I need to change up my eating and my exercise to get out of this rut I am in as quickly as possible. With the beginning of the new month of May, I am definitely going to make some changes and get out of this rut!
