Appointments and Easter

Thursday, April 20, 2017

Well I have had no exercise this week because my main gym and swim days are on Monday and Friday, unfortunately those were the day the gym was closed, I would have gone walking but the weather not so good on some days. I also missed my healthy eating group as Michael had an appointment with the psychiatrist, I have tried my hardest to keep on track but it has not been easy.
I shall have to miss another session in 2 weeks as I am to have a biopsy on my big toe, I do like to follow things threw when I start them but not a lot I can do.
I have lost 4 pounds up to yet which is a little slower than I would have liked, I have managed to cut down on diet coke and other baddies like sugar, I do drink tea at all and coffee rarely which helps.

I prefer to steer clear of diet coke, as it keeps my sweet tooth alive - and I'm sure those sweeteners can't be good...

Well done on the 4lbs loss as it can't be easy for you with everything that's going on. As for the diet coke, it's not a problem, you can drink as much as you like, it's the full coke you have to steer clear of. Wishing you all the very best.

Once you start exercising, you do miss it when you can't do it. We found a semi-local mall that is one mile around if we walk all the "legs" that stick out, pointing to anchor stores. That is our ace in the hole for crappy weather days.
