Hello beautiful strangers,
It has been pretty busy over here, and when I say busy I mean BUSY! We have had three weeks of nonstop guests--and I am so, so, so tired. Tired of entertaining, tired of cooking and cleaning, and most of all, tired of falling out of control with my diet!
Has anyone else noticed that when people visit you eat badly, or differently? I try, really and truly, to eat healthy when new people are around, but because they are on holiday often places me in a holiday mentality and it is so easy to want to spoil people visiting and it often means spoiling yourself as well! Talk about a downward spiral for weight loss.
I love everyone who visits us, or else they wouldn't be invited :), and I know I am so incredibly lucky to have people who want to visit, but I am ready for a break. For some normality. For some healthy food--like a month of it! but no, we have nearly nonstop guests until July.
send me some positive energy because I need strength to stay strong!
