i just got back from visiting inlaws, about a 9.5 hour round trip car ride. i normally eat badly and dont exercise. instad of giving up i though of ways i could eat better and get in some exercise.
yesterday, i woke up early and just scheduled in a longer workout. i ate a healthy lunch before leaving. i also packed a few healthy snacks. so before leaving, i met my workout goal and my freggie goal.
this morning i had 1 of my portion controled itesm for a healty lite breakfast. then i went for a walk at the park for 20 minutes.
at lunch i ate extra fruit and had some lettuce salad. freggie goal met
