goals met

i just got back from visiting inlaws, about a 9.5 hour round trip car ride. i normally eat badly and dont exercise. instad of giving up i though of ways i could eat better and get in some exercise.

yesterday, i woke up early and just scheduled in a longer workout. i ate a healthy lunch before leaving. i also packed a few healthy snacks. so before leaving, i met my workout goal and my freggie goal. emoticon emoticon

this morning i had 1 of my portion controled itesm for a healty lite breakfast. then i went for a walk at the park for 20 minutes. emoticon at lunch i ate extra fruit and had some lettuce salad. freggie goal met emoticon

    emoticon You did so well, it has been one of my biggest challenges to travel well when driving long trips. I think that is fantastic.
