I loathe logging

I really, really do. It's just too damn tedious and I'm simply too busy to log in every single time I eat something. I don't find the mobile app helpful, and since I make a lot of my own meals from scratch, that means having to do the stupid recipe calculator which is BEYOND tedious.
Wah. Welcome to grumpy Monday.
All that being said, holy mackerel I NEED to change my direction here because I've gained back too much weight. Having moved into a new house, there are mirrors mirrors everywhere, and I've seen more of myself in the past week than I care to have, and it's not looking good. At all. My devil-may-care attitude has caught up to me, and added to the fact I ate bread, pasta, and pizza in the past week, my body is in major pain.
So this week's plan is to get the eating back on track, log stoooopid calories, and get out at least twice in the morning to walk to dog. I feel like crap, I look like crap, and it's time to just do what I know I need to. The End.
