Lose weight like melted jello

If u have been having trouble losing weight, I have a solution. No dietary pills.. just calorie counts and slow building exercises who is up for this amazing challenge with me?

    I will do daily blogs for exercise routines and how many calories a day u should eat. Make sure to always write down your exercises and calories so we can keep track of our goals together. I know we can do this
