After thinking about why I want to be healthy and fit I realize all 9 of my Doctors say i'm in good health. Yet I'm overweight due to my health issues it is hard to loss weight and be more activity. One of my biggest problem is i'm on oxygen because I have pulmonary fibrous but rescuers have found that exercising will live longer.
So my Goal is to ride my bike every day for 5 mins. for a week and add 5 mins every week.
stress is also not good for my health so I will do yoga everyday for 15 to 30 mns a day
weight training of a full body workout every other day
