It was a good day. I am off pop since April 29. I crave it sometimes...but I have even been in the store I usually buy soda pop and resisted!!

Water is getting boring. Have to get some crystal light powder.

    I've been cutting way back on my sparking, but it's always nice to hear from you! We used to do Aloha Maid Ice Tea every weekend years ago, but cut that out. Doing more water and green tea!

    Great job on quitting soda! Maybe try a water infuser as well? I do Crystal Lite and Mio water enhancers when I want some flavor. You have gotten some great advice here from others, too!

    I do a peppermint infusion. I have a coffee pot that's only function is to make my peppermint water. Great job of staying away from soda.

    the only time I really miss drinking soda is when I'm sick. When I have a sore throat, I want a Coke.

    Have you tried adding just a touch of REAL fruit juice to your water? Or infusion with fruit or cucumbers?

    Congrats on getting off pop!! That's a hard one! You can use any kind of frozen fruit you want as "ice cubes" in your water to give it some flavor. You just pop a few frozen say.... strawberries ...... in your glass of water and let them melt while you drink it giving it the flavor of the berries!

    Great job being off soda pop. I don't drink much of it anymore either. I enjoy water and ice tea better than any pop.

    I have been off sodas for years except for Tonic Water because it has quinine in it that helps stop pain. When I have taken Extra Strength Tylenol, used Deep Blue oil blend by doTERRA and the pain is still there I take a couple of swallows of Tonic Water and get some relief.

    Some Crystal Light tastes good. The coconut flavored squeeze bottle does not, though. I don't recommend that one! You might like infused water, here's a link to a recipe for fruit or herb filled ice cubes:

    I am very happy for you that you got off soda pop which is not an easy thing to do. How I get my water in is I have it in a thermos that's ice cold with lots of ice and lug around with me all day. I would caution you about crystal lite, as I used to drink it a few years ago and got 2 bleeding stomach ulcers; had surgery. I think it was aspartame, very bad stuff!
    ( You are better off to drink water plain or with a few drops of lemon and avoid all that other stuff)....best wishes and thanks for sending me your link.
