Exercise 😖

It is certainly not my favorite thing, but exercise is obviously very important if I want to maintain my downward weight spiral. Those stubborn pounds are still coming off .... slowly now. But that's okay - as long as they are coming off.

I mowed and helped edge my auntie's front yard today. It's huge and even with the power mower and my husband working harder than this girl, it was 2 1/2 hours of effort. I'm pooped but I feel like that's a good thing.

If it remains rainless tonight and tomorrow, we will attack the back yard tomorrow. So much grass; so much edging; so many pounds to take off!
