Can I control this?

Todays lesson is Emotional eating.
I have found my downfall and that is yes i am an emotional eater. This week has been full of anxiety and stress and i am working on channeling that stress, but okay, this emotional eating has to stop!!
Today is spark coach, they asked me if this was a situation I can control? My answer is no i cannot control it.
What can I do to help? I can go to work and go about my day helping others and the community, I can take care of myself and watch my carb intake and follow my plan , and do extra workouts if neccessary.
I can sit and deep breathe and focus on the environment around me.
I can pray and meditate.
I can come here and write my heart out and get the support of my spark family.
Lord, help me do these things so I can say at the end of today I did not succumb to food with my emotions..
