To me health means....

Finding the correct balance between the physical and mental aspects of yourself. Bringing out the positive in both. I restarted my program a couple days ago and I can already feel myself regaining that balance. For me it starts with a plan. Having a plan allows me to feel more in control, and able to quiet the chaos. That in turn allows me to increase my activity level. When I feel the panic coming on it can sometimes cause me to shut down and do nothing. Being able to increase my activity means I have more energy and time to spend preparing healthy meals. This then gives me more energy to increase my level of activity. It also allows me more peace so I can continue to focus on my plans.

At first I would have said it is a big circle. The more I think about it, it is more like a coil or circular stair case, each circle around can bring you a lititle higher, or lower. The direction is up to me.

(So blogging isn't my thing, and I have to figure out privacy settings. I am posting from the sparkcoach app and I'm still figuring out the tech side.)
