I am finally taking my lifestyle change serious. I tried to lose weight over the years but ended up putting it back on. I now know what I was doing wrong. I was always on a diet, but I now changed my way to eating and thinking about food and it is working. I lost 10 pounds and feel great about it. It has been a pound or two a week. Slow but steady.
I go walking every morning with 2 friends. We keep each other going and on track with eating. It helps to have someone to team up with. So I have a long ways to go to lose the other 50 pounds, but
. I am taking small goals to lose 10 pounds in 2 months. If I can do that I will be very happy.
