Some days my routine just doesn't have me moving enough to get 10,000 steps.
This week I have started walking instead of using the car locally.
All I can say is wow!
The results speak for themselves!
I walked twice instead of driving today and my total steps were over 20,000 for the day.
It was quite easy and as I didn't have to keep to a schedule I had the time to do this.
Being realistic this isn't going to happen everyday.
There will be days like today when the time will be available to walk instead of driving when doing errands so I am going to make the most of those opportunities.
Just one change can have a significant positive impact.
