What gets in my way

When it's time to exercise, I generally make the time. However, as with most people I suppose, there are times that I feel like I just don't have the time or the energy to get it done. If I can work my way past that, and give it a go I usually get to the point where I want to keep going. My Fitbit is a great tool for me because I want to get all those steps in for the day. I have the phone app, so I want all those levels to turn green and light up....it motivates me to keep moving and just get it done. Try it....it might work for you
