I got a compliment today from a friend at church. She said she could tell I've lost some weight. It sure is a motivator when someone notices and says something! At least I'm now below where I started last time, and I think I'll reach my second incremental 5 pound goal, if not this week, then for sure next week! While I'm still a ways away from fitting in some pants I'm really wanting to fit into, The ones I have are looser. Again, motivation to keep going!
It seems my challenge is that I really hate taking the time to weigh, measure, and record my food. I've been slacking lately with that, even though I've been trying to be cognizant of what and the amount I'm eating. But since what I eat really is more key than exercise, which I'm doing more of, I have to persist!
