Am at it again!

I have reached my heaviest weight and it makes me sad. But I won't dwell on it. Today is day 3 of my lifestyle change. Though my eating isn't completely healthy, tracking my food helps be more mindful of what I am putting in to my mouth. I am pushing myself to drink more water. And I have the goal to jump rope at least one time this week. I know these are the bare minimum of efforts, but I have to start somewhere. Today has been a good thus far. I can smile about that!
